Order fulfillment
The delivery cost is visible in the shopping cart.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience, as it may take approximately 1 business day to process the order, and an additional 2-7 business days for delivery. The processing time may extend for specialized or made-to-order products.
During peak periods, we recommend placing orders in advance to ensure sufficient time for processing and standard shipping.
International shipments
For international orders, the fulfillment time may extend to 4-6 weeks. Please note that any additional customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via DPD standard shipping. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
