Complaints
All products that do not conform to the contract are subject to complaint,
including those that exhibit manufacturing defects, are incomplete, inconsistent with the description, or have been sent incorrectly. Also, products that have been damaged during transport to the Buyer due to reasons beyond our control may be subject to complaint.
To effectively report a complaint, please download and fill out the complaint form, which can be sent to the address reklamacje@planecenter.com. Additionally, in order to facilitate the complaint review process, we encourage you to include photographs of the damaged product. In the complaint form, please clearly specify your preferences regarding how the complaint should be handled, such as refund, product exchange, repair, or price reduction.
If you notice any product damage directly resulting from package or packaging damage during transport when receiving the shipment from the courier, we suggest creating a damage report in the presence of the courier and sending it along with the completed complaint form to the address: reklamacje@planecenter.com. This will significantly expedite the complaint process.
Upon receiving the notification, we will contact you via email within 3 business days to discuss further steps related to the complaint process. After an initial assessment of the report, if the product qualifies for further complaint procedures, we will arrange the date and address for the retrieval of the complained product via a courier designated by us.
