Contract Termination - Product Return
If you believe you have received a faulty/incorrect product, you may be entitled to a return/exchange.
Customers classified as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract.
All items purchased on our online store planecenter.com, except for personalized products, can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The right to withdraw from the contract is exercised by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract. The statement should include the order number, name, address, the name and quantity of the goods subject to contract withdrawal, and the bank account number for the refund. The statement of withdrawal from the contract can be submitted in traditional form, i.e., by postal mail to the Seller's address or electronically to the following address: reklamacje@planecenter.com. To facilitate the return process, we recommend downloading and completing the contract withdrawal form.
We recommend returning the product in its original packaging. When returning the product, the customer is liable for any damage to the product and/or packaging exceeding normal examination of the item (testing).
The refund will be processed within 8-10 business days from the date of processing.
