Rules for collecting personal data and information

Processing of personal data
The administrator may process your personal data for the following purposes, based on the legal bases indicated below:
- To conclude a contract for the provision of electronic services (in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means), including the creation and maintenance of an individual customer account necessary for using services available to registered and logged-in users of the store (legal basis - Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) - "performance of a contract."
- To fulfill an order and provide services available to registered and logged-in users of the store, as well as to ensure the proper quality of these services (legal basis - Article 6(1)(b) and Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR) - "performance of a contract."
- To fulfill legal obligations, such as keeping accounting and tax documentation and archiving it (legal basis - Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) - "legal obligation."
- To execute a concluded contract, provide associated services, and pursue or defend against any related claims (legal basis - Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) - "legitimate interest."
- For marketing communication via electronic means (particularly email, telephone calls) in the case of separate consent for processing data for this purpose (legal basis - Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) - "consent."
The administrator processes personal data, including the contact phone number or email address and other information provided by the user, to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract and ensuring proper sales support.
The administrator has the right to process personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above. Depending on the legal basis, this will be:
- The time necessary for the performance and handling of an order placed through the online store;
- The time required to fulfill legal obligations and the time during which legal provisions require data to be stored, e.g., tax regulations;
- The period of keeping sales documentation related to warranty and guarantee;
- The period until the withdrawal of consent by the user.
The withdrawal of consent can be done by contacting the administrator. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing during the period when the consent was in force.

The administrator has the right to process personal data until the cancellation of the subscription (objection) or the discontinuation of newsletter distribution, whichever occurs first.
The recipient of marketing communication may unsubscribe from receiving it at any time and without giving any reason, particularly by:
- Clicking on the deactivation link provided in each newsletter message;
- Contacting the administrator.
Automatically collected data
During the use of the online store, certain information is automatically collected, such as the assigned IP address of the user's computer or external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type. This data is not associated with specific individuals.
